Meet the Team
Adam Marshall
President
All growing up Adam knew he wanted to be an entrepreneur. At a young age, he would charge his friends rent to enter his room and play (not the best business model) or sell little knick knacks from the front porch of his home. He was always finding a way to stay busy and enjoy life. Later, in high school, Adam created a successful, small, lawn care business that he ran for multiple years. During his time as a landscaper, he learned how to work hard, keep a tight calendar, provide the best customer service, market to new customers, and make lawns look their best. He now provides this same type of care and service to all who come his way looking for a property manager.

In his downtime, Adam can be found sharpening his hand-eye coordination skills through juggling, spending time with family boating, and traveling the world. Adam is also passionate about improving his body at the gym and learning all he can about maintaining a healthy lifestyle.
